NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th Januaty, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 545, in Volume DI, Folio 11/90, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Leah Wamala Mbasu, of P.O. Box 20723– 00202, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Leah Wamala Muchende, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Leah Wamala Muchende, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Leah Wamala Mbasu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Leah Wamala Mbasu only.
