NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 4th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 040, in Volume D1, Folio 02/014, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Christine Biyaki Nyaata, of P.O. Box 233, Ogembo in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Christine Biyaki Makori Anyieni, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Christine Biyaki Makori Anyieni, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Christine Biyaki Nyaata, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Christine Biyaki Nyaata only.
