NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 19th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 801, in Volume D1, Folio 902/1598, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Firdaus Abdulrashid, formerly known as Firdaus Abdulrashid Chaudry, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Firdaus Abdulrashid Chaudry, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Firdaus Abdulrashid, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Firdaus Abdulrashid only.
