NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 13th January, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 512, in Volume D1, Folio 11/89, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Felix Frankline Jaboma, of P.O. Box 63– 40300, Homa Bay in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Frankline Felix alias Jaboma Felix Frankline, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Frankline Felix alias Jaboma Felix Frankline, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Felix Frankline Jaboma, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Felix Frankline Jaboma only.
