NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 23rd December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 15, in Volume B-13, Folio 2392/21718, File No. 1637, by our client, Diana Atieno, of P.O. Box 4837–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Diana Atieno Ochieng, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Diana Atieno Ochieng, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Diana Atieno, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Diana Atieno only.
