NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 976, in Volume DI, Folio 8/058, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Shadrach Tobias Joy Omondi Makakinyi, formerly known as Omondi Shadrack, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Omondi Shadrack, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shadrach Tobias Joy Omondi Makakinyi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Shadrach Tobias Joy Omondi Makakinyi only.
