NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 12th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 661, in Volume DI, Folio 343/3013, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Phyllis Njari Macharia, formerly known as Phyllis Njari Mungai, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Phyllis Njari Mungai, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Phyllis Njari Macharia, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Phyllis Njari Macharia only.
