NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 806, in Volume DI, Folio 307/2040, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Florence Sharon Njambi Mbugua, of P.O. Box 68163–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Florence Navratloova Kahindi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Florence Navratloova Kahindi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Florence Sharon Njambi Mbugua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Florence Sharon Njambi Mbugua only.
