NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 184, in Volume DI, Folio 4/28, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Anisha Chandaria, of P.O. Box 487–00606, Nairobi in ther Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Anisha Prafulchandra Khetshi Chandaria, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Anisha Prafulchandra Khetshi Chandaria, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Anisha Chandaria, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Anisha Chandaria only.
