THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Backstone Ong’oma Indai (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.0 hectares or thereabout, known as West Bunyore/Ekwanda/1462, situate in the county of Luanda, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Vihiga in Succession Cause No. 289 of 2023, has issued letters of administration in favour of Peres Agutu Indai, and whereas the said Peres Agutu Indai has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Peres Agutu Indai, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Backstone Ong’oma Indai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
