THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mbondo Kioko (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.09 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kangundo/Kitwii/753, situate in Machakos County, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kangundo in Succession Cause No. E87 of 2022, has issued a grant of letters of administration to (1) Rosemary Ndinda Mbondo and (2) Beatrice Ndunge Mbondo, and whereas the said court have executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 39 in respect of the said registered in the name of Mbondo Kioko (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 in the name of (1) Rosemary Ndinda Mbondo and (2) Beatrice Ndunge Mbondo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mbondo Kioko (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
