THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wambuki Ndingu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.2 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Mikaro/293, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in Succession Cause No. 100 of 2009, has issued letters of administration to Njung’e Mwaura Kimani (ID/4689245), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Wambuki Ndingu (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue a land title deed to the said Njung’e Mwaura Kimani (ID/4689245), and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Wambuki Ndingu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
