REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Njeri Mwaura (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.13 acre or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Loc. 11/Gikandu/Kiawambeu/T. 11, and whereas the Chief Magistrate Court at Murang’a in Succession Cause No. E225 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letter in favour of James Kiragu Kamwaro (ID/25730679), of P.O. Box 754, Murang’a, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Esther Njeri Mwaura (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Esther Njeri Mwaura (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
