REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patcmack Investments Limited, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Subdivision No. 1905/II/MN, registered as C.R. 23219, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas the High Court at Malindi in ELC No. 27 of 2027 has vested the above-mentioned parcel to Mohamed Safari Kazungu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new land title deed in the name Mohamed Safari Kazungu, and upon such registration the land title deed earlier issued to the said Patcmack Investments Limited shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
