REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Edward Muchiri Mwai (ID/0953975), of P.O. Box 216–90100, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in Machakos County, registered under title No. Donyo Sabuk/Komarock Block 1/55824, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is lost/destroyed and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received with that period.
