THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Harun Njiru Machere, of P.O. Box 603, Kerugoya in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Kirinyaga County, registered under title No. Inoi/Ndimi/3363, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof has been lost, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed, provided that no objection has been received with that period.
