REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Kinyanjui Kahara (ID/10709476), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.046 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Nyandarua County, registered under title No. Nyandarua/Ol Joro Orok Salient/26310, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is lost/destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed, provided that no objection has been received with that period.
