REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Peter Thuo Karanja (ID/9166381) and (2) Beatrice Mukina Kirika (ID/0912111), both of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in the Republic of Kenya, as the administrators of the estate of Joseph Karanja Gitau (deceased), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate Kiambu County, registered under title No. Kiambaa/Thimbigua/2212, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof has been lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a second edition of the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
