THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Beth Njeri Njoroge, of P.O. Box 69430–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 28/151, situate in Nairobi City County, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered as Volume N70, Folio 479/1, File 22558, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
