REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Susan Makyotto and (2) Mildred Atieno Makyotto, both of P.O. Box 90916–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0544 hectare or thereabouts, known as Portion No. 5067/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as L.T. 37, Folio 404, File 6327, and whereas original indenture in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provincial certificate of indenture as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
