NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 136, in Volume B-13, Folio 21930/2410, File No. 1637, by our client, Roseline Gandy, of P.O. Box 86875–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Roseline Awuor Ochieng, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Roseline Awuor Ochieng and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Roseline Gandy, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Roseline Gandy only.
