Box 413– 00206, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Salome Moraa Michira, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Salome Moraa Michira and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Charlotte Salome Moraa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Charlotte Salome Moraa only.
