NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st July, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-169, in Volume B-13, Folio 2437/22252, File No. 1637, by our client, Stellah Kuri, of P.O. Box 465–80109, Mtwapa, Kilifi County in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Stellah Osendo Maende, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Stellah Osendo Maende and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Stellah Kuri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Stellah Kuri only.
