NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 719, in Volume D1, Folio 944/1598, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Mary Imaculate Atieno Otieno, of P.O. Box 202021-111, Moi’s Bridge in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Fadhili Otieno, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Fadhili Otieno, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Imaculate Atieno Otieno, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Imaculate Atieno Otieno only.
