NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1024, in Volume DI, Folio 345/3028, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Maina Mwangi, of P.O. Box 1445–00618, Ruaraka in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Titus Maina Mwangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Titus Maina Mwangi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maina Mwangi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Maina Mwangi only.
