NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 247, in Volume DI, Folio 243/1717, File No. MMXXV, by our clients, Thomas Micheal Nderitu Huria and Grace Njoki Njuguna (guardians), both of P.O. Box 1282–00515 , Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Eli Ngare Nderitu (minor), formerly known as Jaba Ngare Nderitu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jaba Ngare Nderitu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Eli Ngare Nderitu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Eli Ngare Nderitu only.
