Box 124– 20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Sellah Nyambura Kibe, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Sellah Nyambura Kibe and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nancy Nyambura Chege, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nancy Nyambura Chege only.
