NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th July, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 338, in Volume DI, Folio 212/1347, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Lilian Wangari Maina, formerly known as Lilian Wangari Nyakio Njuguna, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Lilian Wangari Nyakio Njuguna and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lilian Wangari Maina, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Lilian Wangari Maina only.
