NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd July, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 981, in Volume DI, Folio 223/1442, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Kanyoni Joseph Kimathi, of P.O. Box 27428–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joseph Kimathi Mugambi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Joseph Kimathi Mugambi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kanyoni Joseph Kimathi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kanyoni Joseph Kimathi only.
