NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-5, in Volume B-13, Folio 2438/22263, File No. 1637, by our client, Wail Abdulatef Ahmed Bakry, formerly known as Wayl Abdulatif Ahmed Abubakar, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Wayl Abdulatif Ahmed Abubakar and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Wail Abdulatef Ahmed Bakry, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Wail Abdulatef Ahmed Bakry only.
