NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th July, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 383, in Volume DI, Folio 241/1365, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Sarah Njeri Kanyiri (guardian), of P.O. Box 677–00232, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Alpha Baraka Baraka (minor), formerly known as Alpha Baraka Onzere, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Alpha Baraka Onzere, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Alpha Baraka Baraka, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Alpha Baraka Baraka only.
