NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of uncollected Goods Act (cap, 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of Motor Vehicle and item which are lying at Stoptech Garagen along Muringa Road and Forklift ‘R’ Us Limited-Industrial Area, Lunga Lunga Road, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle and item within Thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the dated delivery is taken. If the aforesaid motor vehicle and item are not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same will be sold by public auction without any further reference thereof.
