NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) Laws of Kenya and in accordance with the authority granted under CR. Misc. No. E038 of 2025 by the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Loitoktok. the public, owners, or custodians of various motorcycles, motor vehicles, bicycles, electronic appliances, household items, mechanical equipment, and other miscellaneous goods currently lying idle and unclaimed within Imbirikani Police Yard are hereby notified to collect the said items within twenty one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to do so will result in the disposal of the unclaimed goods by way of public auction by Makys Auctioneers on behalf of Imbirikani Police Station, as authorized by law.
