NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and in accordance with the authority granted under CR. Misc. No. E3 of 2025 by the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Isiolo. The public, owners, or custodians of various motorcycles, motor vehicles, bicycles, electronic appliances, household items, mechanical equipment, and other miscellaneous goods currently lying idle and unclaimed within Archers Post Police Yard are notified to collect the said items within Fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication. Failure to do so will result in the disposal of the unclaimed goods by way of public auction by Makys Auctioneers on behalf of Archers Post Police Station, as authorized by law.
