REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Ochola Ogutu, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/ Kamnwa Keyo Ogoro/423(Kisumu/Kamnwa Keyo Ogoro/652,653), situate in the county of Kisumu, and whereas the Land Registrar Nyando sub-County’s attempt to summon John Ochola Ogutu through the office of the Registrar to surrender the said title deed failed, notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the day hereof, provided that no valid objections has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land titles, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued to John Ochola Ogutu shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
