THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hellen Nyambura Gathu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.648 hectare or thereabouts, situate in district of Kiambu, known as Limuru/Bibirioni/3045, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Kiambu in Succession Cause No. E137 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Daniel Ng’ang’a Wanyoike, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Hellen Nyambura Gathu (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said Daniel Ng’ang’a Wanyoike and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hellen Nyambura Gathu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
