REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Asiman Ondwasi Faluma alias Asimani Oduasi Faluma (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kakamega, known as North/Wanga/Mayoni/121, and whereas in Succession Cause No. 257 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Chrisantus Faluma Rapango, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the Asiman Ondwasi Faluma alias Asimani Oduasi Faluma (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Asiman Ondwasi Faluma alias Asimani Oduasi Faluma (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
