THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Zaddok Omoto Kichawa alias Zadok Omoto Kichawa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Nyalenda “A”/727, situate in district of Kisumu, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Nyando in Succession Cause No. E322 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Teresia Atieno, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Zaddok Omoto Kichawa alias Zadok Omoto Kichawa (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Zaddok Omoto Kichawa alias Zadok Omoto Kichawa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
