REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Fehmida Mehmood Jagani and (2) Mehmood Shaukatali H. Jagani, both of P.O. Box 81829, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold ownership interest of all that parcel of land containing 0.5005 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kilifi/Block 4/194, situate in the Kilifi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land register, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
