THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nancy Wanjiru Kiburi, as the administrator of the estate of Peterson Kamau Gathambo, of P.O. Box 18392–00500, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 13459/72, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certiticate of title, registered 15th August, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE as I.R. 102564/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be constructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
