REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Esther Ndunge Muli and (2) Richard Kioko Kiundi, both of P.O. Box 24, Makueni in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all those parcels of land known as Mbitini/Iteta/945, 901 and 629, situate in Makueni County, by virtue of a certificate of titles, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of titles issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
