REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Margaret Nyang’ate Nyakango (ID/2760303) and (2) David Osero Nyakango (ID/4828002), both of P.O. Box 652– 50100, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that property known as Isukha/Shirere/2683, situate in the Kakamega County, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
