REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Eliud Njuguna (deceased), is registered as proprietor in ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0146 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 75/478, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 241 of 2013, has issued a grant of administration and confirmation of certitifate of grant in favour of (1) Elizabeth Wacu Mwangi, (2) Doris Wangari Mwangi and (3) June Wanjiru Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 30177, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
