REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Joseph Ndungu Njuguna, (2) Wilson Ogwang Ouya and (3) David Simatei Killy, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 10.678 hectares or thereabout, known as Nairobi/Block 52/165, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
