REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mathew Ouma Musumba and (2) Grace Okutoyi Omutimba, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nairobi, containing 0.019 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 206/279, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
