WHEREAS Charo Wanje Ziro, of P.O. Box 784, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.44 hectares or thereabout, known as Goshi/Kikombetele/208, situate in the Kilifi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land said title deed in respect of the above parcel of land is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional title as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
