REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Multiple General Hardware and Merchandise Limited, of P.O. Box 10327, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Portion No. 768–Malindi, containing 1.929 acres or thereabout, situate in the Kilifi District, registered as LT. 21 Folio 224 File 3887, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of indenture provided that no objection has been received within that period.
