REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Betty Chuma Obonyo, of P.O. Box 811–00502, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that Masionette No. 23 erected on parcel of land known as L.R. 20521, situate in the Athi River, Machakos County, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 121957/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
