IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (f) of the Biosafety Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Education, appoints— AWUOR KENNEDY OTIENO (PROF.) to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the National Biosafety Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 15th August, 2025.
