THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mbaruk Khamis Mohamed, of P.O. Box 90377– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold interest of all that piece of land, known as L.R No. 5013, Kwale, situate in Vanga in the Kwale District, registered under title No. C.R. 15036, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct a land register of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
